PCaSO offers services to those affected by or concerned about prostate cancer. This includes patients, their families, friends and those interested in improving diagnosis, treatment, care and support. The organisation operates mainly in central southern England and is managed entirely by volunteers, many of whom are prostate cancer patients.

PCaSO is a registered charity which was formed from PSA (Solent) in 2002.
It is administered from the Central South Coast of England, but its services are available nationwide.
